We wanted to share an important deadline for resolutions for the 2020-2021 school year and summer 2021 Pandemic EBT program. Families must reach out with questions about missing or under issued benefits before November 30th. Resolutions of prior program period issuances is not possible if reported after November 30th, 2021. Please encourage families with questions about past P-EBT benefits to reach out to the ODHS Central P-EBT Team at ebtschoolmeals@dhsoha.state.or.us or by phone at 503-945-6481 before November 30th, 2021.
In addition, you are also able to continue to add students who were eligible for P-EBT for the 2020-2021 school year or make corrections to student information in OSMB through November 30th, 2021.
Starting Monday, November 1, 2021, ODHS P-EBT staff began assisting with reaching out to schools directly to resolve outstanding issues and may reach out directly to you with additional questions.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Cooke
